You need to take some time and clean the shavings out of the combustion chamber.I used a combination of compressed air through a small diameter hose into the chamber (valves closed of course) and a strong vacuum cleaner at the top of the spark plug opening. I got 99% of the metal out, by checking with a borescope. Maybe you can blow the shavings out through the exhaust valve but I didn't want that metal trapped in the catalytic converter. Its been a few weeks and the car is running perfectly.
