I just received it today, and my comment is good deal! Overall I'd like to give it 4.5 rating!Pros: Low price, acceptable quality, delivered on time.Cons: One out of the three ball stopper (sorry, I don't know the name) does not move freely, a minor rusty spot inside the 5/8" socket.I don't know would the ratchet be qualified for commercial use or not, but I'd believe it should be good enough for general home application. If you don't have a 3/8" drive ratchet & looking for spark plug sockets, this is the best deal in Amazon at this time.
